Terms of Service

Kapwy helps you make short marketing videos with third-party AI models, post them to social platforms you connect, and review how they perform. Features depend on those third parties and may change, and we may add, change or remove models and features over time.

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email and connected accounts secure. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.

• Rendering a video uses credits. Kapwy shows the cost before each render. Chat, product scans, analytics and posting do not use credits.
• Plans renew monthly until cancelled and include a set number of credits each period. Top-ups are one-off purchases.
• If a render fails on our side or the model rejects it, the credits are returned automatically.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in Singapore dollars and shown on the pricing page.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires, payments and used credits are not refundable.

You keep ownership of what you bring to Kapwy (product links, photos, prompts, captions) and, as between you and Kapwy, of the videos generated for you, subject to the terms of the model providers. You give Kapwy permission to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the rights to the products, images and brands you use, including any product pages you ask Kapwy to read.

You agree not to use Kapwy to:

• make misleading or deceptive advertising, or ads that break advertising or consumer-protection laws;
• depict real people without their permission, or impersonate anyone;
• create sexual content, content involving minors, hateful or violent content, or anything illegal;
• infringe trademarks, copyrights or other rights;
• break the rules of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google or the AI model providers;
• spam, overload or try to break into the service, or resell it without our agreement.

We may refuse, remove or stop renders and posts that break these rules, and suspend accounts that do.

AI models can produce results that are inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other content. Review every video and caption before it is published; you are responsible for what you post. Kapwy labels uploads as AI-generated where a platform asks for it.

When you connect a social account you authorise Kapwy and our posting partner to publish the content you schedule and to read its performance. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's terms. We are not responsible for a platform's outages, rejections or changes to what data it shares.

Kapwy is provided "as is". We don't promise particular views, sales or results, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, Kapwy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Kapwy in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Kapwy and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections on content, liability and governing law continue after the agreement ends.

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will email you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and disputes go to the courts of Singapore. Contact: veldanleeyh@gmail.com.
